Delete your FinlyCR account

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and what data is removed.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Fill out the form below with the email address of your FinlyCR account and, if you wish, an optional reason.
  2. 2You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the request is submitted.
  3. 3We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days. You will be notified by email once the deletion is complete.

You can also send your request directly by email to cristian.capa20@gmail.com with the subjectAccount deletion requestand your registered email.

What data is deleted and what is kept

Permanently deleted

  • Profile data (name, photo, preferred currency)
  • Registered bank accounts
  • Transactions and financial history
  • Loans and loan payments
  • Subscriptions and commitments
  • Custom categories
  • Verification, password-reset, and invitation tokens
  • Active sessions on all devices

Temporarily retained

  • System audit logs: up to 90 days for legal and anti-fraud purposes.
  • Database backups: full backups are rotated within 30 days.

Household (family) spaces

  • If you are the sole owner (OWNER) of a household, the household and all its data will also be deleted.
  • If you are a member (MEMBER) of a household, you will only be unlinked. The household data and the owner's data will not be affected.
